We offer several many solutions for patients missing single or multiple teeth, and wish to restore or replace them something better or more comfortable than partial dentures.

Whether you are only missing one or a few teeth, and are not interested in reducing adjacent or neighboring teeth for fixed bridges, your best option would be fixed single unit or multiple unit dental implants. We work closely with Oral Surgeons in our area to help prepare the site and place the titanium dental implant. Once the dental implant is fully integrated into the jaw bone, a post will be connected to the implant, then a crown will be fixed or cemented to that post. Working together with other specialist allows us to achieve more predictable results.

For loose fitting dentures, you may consider relining it to click in with traditional implant retention or mini-implant retention. This works best if you are already missing all your teeth or most of your teeth and are wearing a denture that fits too loose. The procedure can be done in one day, a general health and dental history is performed, necessary x-rays are taken. These mini implants can be placed where there is typically not enough bone width or height is not adequate for full-sized or traditional implants. Good bone density is still needed for good success and strong mini-implant to denture anchoring and stability. The procedure required the patient to be numbed like any other dental procedure, however there is no surgical flap to be placed, minimal bleeding, and the soreness exhibited afterward is said to be similar to having a tooth extracted. Depending on the strength of the bone, your existing denture can be fitting to the mini-implant at the same visit, or shortly after osseo-integration is assured after 1-2 months. A new Denture is recommended to ensure an excellent custom lab fit and comfort.
